A lot of digital photos are taken of your boat. 6 - 70 of which are trimmed,
adjusted for brightness and contrast and put on a web-page dedicated to your
boat. You tell all about your boat and get asked a lot of questions to answer
- boats sell fastest if you tell the truth up front! Your web page is heavily
promoted on the web on at least a dozen* sites to get a lot of hits. A dedicated
email address is created to help direct a stream of genuine enquirers to
your web-page. Enquirers are told to have the money ready and proof to show
us BEFORE they see your boat !! The seriously interested with money to buy,
then phone us with any final questions and to arrange a visit. We provide
a Department For Transport official Bill of Sale. (and
a 10% non-returnable deposit contract in case they don't pay in full all
at once.) The only complaint we had was - "we didn't expect to have move
out of our boat so soon!" What does it cost? … 8% of the agreed sale price
